Shipping

All orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same day, Monday to Friday. All orders are shipped using UPS express service with tracking provided, for £4.95. We offer free shipping when you buy 5 or more products, which is automatically applied at checkout.

Returns

You have 30 days to return your Panacea products. To qualify for a refund your product must be unopened, unused and in the original shrink wrap. If your product has been opened, used, or is not in the original shrink wrap your return will be refused.
